Welcome to Sports Lotto (“the Game”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before entering. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not participate.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal minimum in your jurisdiction) to play.
Participation is restricted to residents of jurisdictions where Sports Lotto is legally permitted.
Employees, affiliates, and direct family members of Sports Lotto may not participate.
Proof of age and residency may be required before any prize is awarded.

2. How to Enter

To participate, players must create an account and purchase entries through the Sports Lotto website.
Ticket costs, if applicable, must be paid in full prior to the entry deadline.
Entries are accepted until the published cutoff time before the relevant sporting event begins.
The number of entries per person/account may be limited.

3. Game Rules

Sports Lotto involves outcomes of designated sporting events.
Events, matchups, and available choices will be posted on the official platform.
Picks must be submitted before the entry deadline. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
In the event of postponed or cancelled games, entries may be adjusted at Sports Lotto’s discretion.
In the case of a tie, the ticket will be reduced.

4. Prizes

Prizes may include gift cards, merchandise, or loyalty points, as published for each contest.
Prize amounts and payout structures will be clearly stated before ticket acceptance.
Odds of winning vary depending on the number of teams and the outcomes of events.
Winners recieve a message on their screen or by checking graded plays or we can notify you using telegram

5. Verification & Validation

All winning entries are subject to verification.
Sports Lotto reserves the right to void any entry that is incomplete, altered, tampered with, or in violation of these Terms.
Identification and proof of eligibility may be required before payment of prizes.

6. Disqualification & Account Suspension

If you:

Engage in fraud, cheating, collusion, or use of automated tools/bots.
Create multiple accounts or attempt to manipulate results.
Breach these Terms or applicable laws.

In such cases, winnings may be withheld and accounts terminated without notice.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Sports Lotto is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
Technical errors, server failures, or disruptions beyond Sports Lotto’s control may affect game operation.
Scores and results are based on official data feeds. Sports Lotto is not liable for errors or delays in third-party data.
Decisions of Sports Lotto regarding winners and disputes are final and binding.

8. Responsible Play

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through the Curacao Gaming Council, as permitted by law.
